This Application Guide is to be used for reference only.
When selecting a part for installation consult the aircraft manufacturer's approved parts catalogue.
To convert a BFG part number to a RAPCO FAA-PMA approved part number replace the 2E, 3E or 4E with RA and add 100 to the number.
To convert a McCauley part number to a RAPCO FAA-PMA approved part number add RA to the beginning of the number.
In the case of a particular application showing an STC, the aircraft must first have the STC installed before a replacement part can be installed.
In some cases a brush may be approved as part of an assembly. Refer to the FAA-PMA Supplement for installation eligibility.
