Overhaul Procedure:
 
  • Replace center carbon rotor with new FAA-PMA approved high grade carbon.
  • Measure and hand fit new FAA-PMA approved carbon vanes
  • Repair or replace center cavity with a new Mil-Spec. coated cavity
  • Replace rear-end as needed
  • Replace carbon bearing with new FAA-PMA approved part
  • Replace coupler with new FAA-PMA approved drive.
  • Clean & inspect all other parts
  • Quality control test run to insure maximum output pressure
New FAA-PMA approved special shear coupler.
Reuse internal drive unit or replace with fully traceable original part.

Clean & inspect ceramic seal or replace with traceable original part

Clean & inspect front housing and reuse after teflon coating

Replace as needed with improved compression seal with "memory" to insure long-term proper sealing.
Reuse finger drive after inspection and cleaning.  Replace as needed.

Replaced as needed with special composite designed front drive spline.
Replace finger insulators as needed with long life rubber.

Replace carbon drive bushing with new FAA-PMA'd bearing.

Measure & fit with all new FAA-PMA approved carbon graphite vanes.  We hold tight tolerances to produce maxi-mum pressure output
Replaced every overhaul
Replaced as needed
Reused after confirming tolerances

Rear end replaced as needed with new FAA-PMA approved part

Fit & replace center carbon rotor with new special grade of carbon.  Provides superior wear at altitude.

Repair or replace center cavity with Mil-spec. coated teflon design.
